The Artistic Contract

Welcome to the creative agreement between Lorzix ("we," "our," or "the studio") and you, our valued participant. By accessing or using our platform, you enter into a visual and experiential dialogue with us, governed by these Design Principles.

If you find any aspect of these principles incompatible with your expectations, we respectfully ask that you refrain from engaging with our artistic platform. Your continued presence signifies your acceptance of these terms in their entirety.

Age Composition

Our creative canvas is designed exclusively for individuals who have reached the age of 18 or above. By accessing Lorzix, you affirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to request verification and to restrict access should we have reason to believe this requirement has not been met.

Account Portraiture

When creating an account within our space:

• You agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current—a true representation of yourself
• You accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You acknowledge sole responsibility for all activities occurring under your account
• You will promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or security breaches

We reserve the artistic license to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

Intellectual Composition Rights

The entirety of Lorzix—including but not limited to its visual design, code architecture, game mechanics, text, graphics, logos, and interactive elements—constitutes our intellectual property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. Rather, they offer a limited license to access and engage with our creative work for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Design Principles.

Acceptable Use Palette

In engaging with our artistic platform, you agree not to:

• Use our service in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality
• Attempt to access areas or features beyond your authorized canvas
• Engage in any activity that interferes with another participant's experience
• Introduce malicious code or attempt to compromise our security
• Impersonate another individual or provide false information
• Use our platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Collect or harvest data about other users without their consent

Virtual Currency and Purchases

Our games may offer opportunities to purchase or earn virtual currency or items. Please note:

• Virtual currency has no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at any time
• Any unauthorized transfer or sale of virtual currency is prohibited

Prices for all purchases are displayed in the applicable currency and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

Limitation of Artistic Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lorzix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on our platform
• Any content obtained from our service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Modifications to the Composition

Like any evolving artwork, these Design Principles may be refined and enhanced over time. We will notify you of significant changes and may require your acceptance of updated terms to continue accessing our platform.
